1Introduction

Each individual may only hold one bh44 account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

BH44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account registered with false or inaccurate information at any time. Withdrawals will not be processed without verification.

3Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following requirements must be met to use bh44:

6Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or amended. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before placing a bet.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BH44 reserves the right to void the affected bets. All bets placed at clearly erroneous odds will be considered void and stakes will be refunded.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. Bets may be temporarily suspended due to internet delays. bh44's decision on match outcomes is final.

6.4 Match Fixing

If match-fixing or manipulation is confirmed for any event, bh44 reserves the right to void all bets placed on that event. In such cases, all stake amounts will be refunded in full.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BH44 platform:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Accessing or operating another person's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using fraudulent payment details.
• Use for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage bh44's reputation.

8Account Closure

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting bh44's support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure Initiated by bh44

Bh44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without notice in cases of terms violation, fraud, bonus abuse, or any other valid reason.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to dormant accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be deleted.

9Responsible Gaming
